FAQ
Common questions
Do I need broadcast experience before starting?
No. The Foundation path assumes no prior studio experience, and the Studio Pro path builds from there. Working crew often join to formalise what they already do on the floor.
How is the course delivered?
Lessons are recorded and available online, with live workshops for camera, lighting and sound on the Studio Pro path. Team bookings can also be delivered on-site.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing special to start. The lessons explain professional kit, and practical exercises are designed to work with whatever studio or camera you can access.
Can my newsroom book training for a whole team?
Yes. The Newsroom Team option covers up to 20 learners and begins with a workflow audit of your studio, so training matches how you really work.
How do I book or ask about prices?
Choose a plan and send us an enquiry through the contact page. We will reply within two working days with next steps and available start dates.
